Cheap Hotel for La Spezia & Cinque Terre:

We are situated in a quite village outside La Spezia centre with good access to the Cinque Terre, Lerici also quiet beaches.

For guests safety and peace of mind we are now offering a 100 % independent apartment isolated with own private entrance.

If the apartment is occupied before your arrival we leave a minimum of 72 hours before next guests and intensely sanitise the area

before your arrival.

The apartment has large outside balcony areas .

Apartment up to 8 guests : 160 euros per night.

Apartment up to 15 guests : 300 euros per night.

Arrival / Check in times are 12:00 until 13:00 and 18:00 until 20:00.

If you need to check in outside these times please send us a message one day before arrival and will we try to organise.

Children & extra beds

All children are welcome.
Up to one child under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.
All children under 12 years are charged EUR 15 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 14 days before arrival.

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Cancellation

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
